We are your accountants, Arque Consulting, based at the above address and we hold personal, company and financial data in relation for the services that we carry out for you, such as:-
- Completing personal and company accounts.
- Completing personal and company tax and VAT returns.
- Preparing wages payslips and deducting pension contributions for yourself and your employees.
- Making bank payments to suppliers, staff, pension companies and governmental bodies.
We will not, unless specifically authorised by you, or your employees (if it applies to them), in writing, make any of this information available to any other companies or individuals for any other purpose.
The information we hold on file is specifically to comply with the legal obligations to the UK tax, pension and Companies House authorities in a timely manner. This information is sent to them via secure electronic systems, provided by either the UK government or regulated software providers.
